The security deposit will be refunded within 8 days of your departure date. The deposit will be returned in full unless there is damage, loss of property or additional cleanup required, in which case the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Payment Method
Payment via PayPal is required. Many of their transfer methods are free and they accept credit cards but they charge an additional 4%, please add this to your rental if you use credit cards for payment.
